Rules & Regulations
You Must Have FUN!
Register before setting up.
Do not change sites without checking with office.
Please set out your trash in the morning by 10:00 am, we will come by and pick it up for you. If you want to take trash to the dumpster, we hide the dumpster behind the office.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 8:00AM.
Please keep your campsite clean and free of clutter, for the enjoyment of all of our guests.
Avoid storing items under your camper.
Sites are only guaranteed for days paid for.
Visitors must register before entering park.
Visitors must pay to use all facilities.
Do not tie anything to trees. No clothes lines allowed.
Pets are required to be on a leash at all times and they should not be left unattended.
You must pickup after your pet!
Do not wash vehicles in park. ( per the county: We are too close to the river and the soap suds can cloud up the water.)
Alcoholic beverages allowed only on your site. Please be considerate of other guest when having parties, or playing loud music. Campfires allowed only in fire rings. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
We welcome children and want them to have lots of fun at Misty River. Parents are responsible and must supervise their children at all times while using the facilities. Our staff cannot do this for you. Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed to use the pool or hottubs without adult supervision. We do not staff lifeguards therefore swimming in either the pool or a hottub will be at your own risk. We are located on the Little River and we want you to enjoy it, but if you choose to walk along the banks or swim in the river, it is at your own risk.
No riding of ATV or Golf Carts in Park Speed Limit is 5 MPH.
Any violation of these rules will result in an expedited eviction from the property without refund.
Please notify the campground managers if you plan to stay longer or leave sooner than initially planned. This will help us to accommodate other campers that may need your site.

TRAVEL INSURANCE –
Misty River Cabin Rentals is proud to offer our guests one of the best vacation rental protection policies in the industry. Travel Guard's All Seasons Travel Plan can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.
The policy costs 7.0% of your total reservation and we recommend you purchase the insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage. In addition to protecting your vacation investment, Travel Guard has other advantages including 24 hour emergency hotline and concierge services plus coverage for emergency medical expenses and transportation. Campground Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on Cancellations Within 21 Days of Arrival for a campsite: If you purchased trip insurance and cancel or reschedule within 21 days of your arrival date for a covered reason, we will email you a statement of account to assist you in filing a claim with Travel Guard. Claims may be filed by calling 1-888-409-7749 at which time they will let you know what additional documentation (like a doctor's note) is required for processing. If you did not purchase trip insurance or your reason for cancellation is not covered by the policy, then your deposit will be charged for any dates of your original reservation that we are unable to resell. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you by check less a $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds on Cancellations More Than 21 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel or reschedule more than 21 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded by check less a $50.00 cancellation fee. You may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation once without incurring the fee within the same calendar year. If you purchased trip insurance and cancel between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival for a covered reason, the trip insurance can by used to recover the cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us by phone during normal business hours and receive a cancellation number. If you attempt to cancel by email, do not assume your reservation has been cancelled unless we return your email with a cancellation number because your email may not have been received. We are not responsible for delays in cancellations caused by email problems and cancellations received after hours will be counted as received on the next business day.
All rescheduling is subject to availability and pricing adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates and special events. All refunds will be made by check payable to name on the credit card or checking account. There are no refunds for early departure, and all deposits placed on file will be forfeited if not used within one year.

Rates are based on a family of (6) six.
Extra persons - $5 per person per night.
One piece of camping equipment and one vehicle per site.
All other vehicle will need to park by the office.
