The Lodge Cabin is a 3 bed room, 2 story 3 ½ bath, 2000SF vacation cabin which features all the comforts of home with all the charm of mountain living.
A cozy fireplace in the great room, large screen satellite TV, DVD, relaxing hot tub and large covered porch for entertaining just inches away from the Little River. You can look out of your bedroom window and count the rainbow trout or just watch the river flow by while listening to the water as it cascades across the rocks. River tubing in crystal clear mountain water is just outside your cabin door. You can play pool in the game room. The only word used to describe it is "extraordinary."
On the 1st floor of the cabin, you have 2 queen sleeper sofas in the great room and a game room with a full bath in it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a red claw foot bathtub and a shower. The 2nd bedroom is on the 1st floor with a half bath and a queen size bed. Also, on the top floor of the cabin is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath to sleep up to 10 people in the same cabin.
It's just minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Cades Cove, horseback riding, Tuckaleechee Caverns, kayaking and much more.
If you're looking for nightlife, shows, and outlet shopping, Gatlinburg, action-packed Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are just 30 minutes away.

Misty River Cabins & RV Resort, stock Trout next to this cabin throughout the year. You can fly fish, tube or swim in the river as it is the same river that flows out of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Cades Cove.
Someone once asked if we had a creek down here, nope it’s a river. Creeks you can jump over, you would have to be Paul Bunyan to step over this river and he would still get wet! The Little River is one of the cleanest river in the USA!
The Lodge is 4 miles from Townsend TN just off of Hwy. 321 in Walland TN. It is just a short drive thru Wears Valley to get to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. The Tail of the Dragon is just across the Foothills Parkway that is only a mile from the cabin.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on Cancellations Within 21 Days of Arrival: If you purchased trip insurance and cancel or reschedule within 21 days of your arrival date for a covered reason, we will email you a statement of account to assist you in filing a claim with Travel Guard. Claims may be filed by calling 1-888-409-7749 at which time they will let you know what additional documentation (like a doctor's note) is required for processing. If you did not purchase trip insurance or your reason for cancellation is not covered by the policy, then your deposit will be charged for any dates of your original reservation that we are unable to resell. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you by check less a $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds on Cancellations More Than 21 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel or reschedule more than 21 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded by check less a $50.00 cancellation fee. You may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation once without incurring the fee within the same calendar year. If you purchased trip insurance and cancel between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival for a covered reason, the trip insurance can by used to recover the cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us by phone during normal business hours and receive a cancellation number. If you attempt to cancel by email, do not assume your reservation has been cancelled unless we return your email with a cancellation number because your email may not have been received. We are not responsible for delays in cancellations caused by email problems and cancellations received after hours will be counted as received on the next business day.
All rescheduling is subject to availability and pricing adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates and special events. All refunds will be made by check payable to name on the credit card or checking account. There are no refunds for early departure, and all deposits placed on file will be forfeited if not used within one year.

| The Lodge has Central AC/Heat, Wood burning fireplace, Jacuzzi, Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, TV, DVD, Decks, Grill and is on the bank of the Little River.
All linens are provided including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. The cabin has been stocked with a starter supply of soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue and paper towels. Any other supplies are the responsibility of the guests.
