The Tree House cabin is the perfect vacation or honeymoon cabin on the quiet side of the Smokies.
The Tree House cabin is a one room log cabin on the bank of the Little River which is fully equipped with a full size bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a wood burning fireplace, kitchen, microwave oven, DVD, TV , washer & dryer & outside hot tub. Furnished with a queen sized bed and queen sized pull out couch for parties of four.
As you can see the from the photos, it's a short walk down to the river where you can stick your toes into the cool water. From your bedroom window you can count the trout in the river while listening to the water cascade over the rocks. If you want to be "on the river", this is the cabin to be in.
We are just minutes from Townsend, Foothills Parkway, Pigeon Forge , Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove.
$750.00 per week.
$135.00 per night with a 2 day minimum for up to 4 persons.
Sales tax is not included.
Pets are NOT allowed in this Cabin.

The Tree House Cabin is close to the Foot Hills Parkway and the Tail of the Dragon on Hwy US 129.
The river next to the cabin is the Little River that flows from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Cades Cove. It is the same river you tube in when you in the Mountains National Park just past Townsend. You can fly fish or just use a cane pole. The state stocks Trout in the Little River, so the fishing is Great!
It is just a short drive thru Wears Valley to get to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg on Hwy 321 or you can go thru the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Hwy 73.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds on Cancellations Within 21 Days of Arrival: If you purchased trip insurance and cancel or reschedule within 21 days of your arrival date for a covered reason, we will email you a statement of account to assist you in filing a claim with Travel Guard. Claims may be filed by calling 1-888-409-7749 at which time they will let you know what additional documentation (like a doctor's note) is required for processing. If you did not purchase trip insurance or your reason for cancellation is not covered by the policy, then your deposit will be charged for any dates of your original reservation that we are unable to resell. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you by check less a $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds on Cancellations More Than 21 Days Prior to Arrival: If you cancel or reschedule more than 21 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded by check less a $50.00 cancellation fee. You may leave your deposit on file and apply it to another reservation once without incurring the fee within the same calendar year. If you purchased trip insurance and cancel between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival for a covered reason, the trip insurance can by used to recover the cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us by phone during normal business hours and receive a cancellation number. If you attempt to cancel by email, do not assume your reservation has been cancelled unless we return your email with a cancellation number because your email may not have been received. We are not responsible for delays in cancellations caused by email problems and cancellations received after hours will be counted as received on the next business day.
All rescheduling is subject to availability and pricing adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates and special events. All refunds will be made by check payable to name on the credit card or checking account. There are no refunds for early departure, and all deposits placed on file will be forfeited if not used within one year.

| The Tree House has Central AC/Heat, Wood burning fireplace, Jacuzzi, Full Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, TV, DVD, Decks, Grill and is on the bank of the Little River.
All linens are provided including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. The cabin has been stocked with a starter supply of soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue and paper towels. Any other supplies are the responsibility of the guests.
