Whether you’re planning a wedding reception, family reunion, camping club rally, or your next business or club meeting, you will find that The Conference Center at Misty River is the place for you. Located next to the Little River in the Townsend TN area. We are just a few miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cades Cove and Maryville. With its spacious open floor plan and burning fire place it is perfectly suited for hosting your weddings in Townsend, holiday parties, reunions, business meetings and more!

Conference Center Rates:
Pricing Booking of the Conference Center includes set-up and clean-up of: tables, chairs and removal of trash and free parking.
• 40 x 40’ inside with a 18 X 60’ verandah
Full Day (5-8 Hours) $600.00 (+/tax)
• Extra Time
Extra time at a rate of $75.00 (+/tax)
Occupancy Times: The hours of the Conference Center are 7:00 A.M. through 11:00 P.M.

Getting Married In Tennessee
Obtaining Your Marriage License
You can purchase your Tennessee marriage license for $36 at the County Clerk's Marriage License Centers with virtually no hassles. Applicants need not be residents of Sevier County to get married and there is no waiting period or blood test required.
Requirements:

Both parties must be in attendance.

Proof of age is required, either by a valid driver's license, a valid passport or certified birth certificate.

Couples may also bring a valid Tennessee marriage license from anywhere in the state of Tennessee, but licenses are only valid for 30 days after their issue.

If you have been married before, you will also need the month and year of your divorce, or the date of your deceased spouse's death.

If applicants are under the age of 18, either parents or legal guardians must sign the marriage certificate.

The County Clerk only accepts cash in the exact amount.
